Pedal Power Melbourne to Broome
No matter how many fast cars are put on the market bike riding is not going out of fashion, in fact every young child still wants a bike for Christmas. At 60 years of age local Mordialloc man Graeme Kenny is so passionate about bikes he is on a ride from Mordialloc in Melbourne to Broome. Together with his son Jarrad he hopes to cycle 6000km in 60 days, that’s 100 km per day using pedal power!
Graeme is riding to highlight Prostate Cancer Awareness. Graeme says, “I ride each day to work and I have walked the Kokoda trail and Machu Picchu in Peru. I am riding 100km per day to show all men that being 60 can be the best days of your life.”
Graeme Kenny will be riding solo through small outback towns through the red centre to help raise funds for Prostate Cancer and promote TIME TO TEST our new men’s health campaign for 2013.  Keep an eye out for his support van with the EJ Whitten Logo saying Pedal Power to Broome. We would love local communities to show their support.”

Graeme has set off from Melbourne on 27th April following a route to Adelaide and through the centre to Broome.  Local radio stations are welcome to pick up a live interview along the route.
